Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using backlinksforge.com (the “Site”) or engaging Backlinksforge (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”) for guest posting, link building, or related SEO services (the “Services”).
By accessing our Site or placing an order for our Services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.
1. Services Provided
Backlinksforge provides guest posting, link building, and related off-page SEO services, including but not limited to:
- Manual outreach and guest post placements on third-party websites
- Content writing/coordination for guest post placements
- White-label reporting for agencies and resellers
- Related link building consultancy
The specific scope of Services, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each order will be agreed upon separately (via email, WhatsApp, or invoice) before work begins.
2. Client Responsibilities
By placing an order, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your website, target niche, target URLs, and anchor text preferences
- Provide content or content guidelines where required, in a timely manner
- Ensure that any website(s) you submit for link placement, and any content provided, do not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws
- Make payment for Services as agreed before or upon delivery, per the payment terms communicated at the time of order
3. Payment Terms
- Prices for Services are as quoted at the time of order and may vary based on niche, site quality, volume, and content requirements.
- Full payment (100% advance) is required before work begins on any order. We do not commence outreach, sourcing, or content work until payment has been received in full.
- We accept payment via methods communicated directly (e.g., bank transfer, WhatsApp/email-coordinated payment options).
- All prices are subject to change for future orders; confirmed and paid orders will be honored at the agreed price.
4. Delivery & Turnaround
- Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order and may vary depending on niche availability, publisher response times, and content requirements.
- Guest post placements depend on third-party website owners and editors. While we make every effort to secure placements within the estimated timeframe, publication timing is ultimately at the discretion of the publisher site and is not solely within our control.
- We will keep you informed of order status and any delays.
5. Link Guarantees & Placement Policy
- We use manual, white-hat outreach methods only. We do not use private blog networks (PBNs), link farms, or automated/spam link-building techniques.
- While we vet all sites for relevance, traffic, and editorial standards before outreach, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, or other SEO outcomes, as these depend on many factors outside our control (including search engine algorithm changes).
- If a delivered placement is removed by the publishing site within a reasonable period after delivery due to no fault of the Client, we will make reasonable efforts to secure a replacement placement of comparable quality, subject to our internal policy at the time.
6. Revisions & Replacements
- If content or a placement does not meet the agreed specifications, please notify us within a reasonable time of delivery so we can address the issue.
- Replacement or revision policies for specific issues (e.g., site going offline post-delivery, incorrect anchor text) will be handled on a case-by-case basis and communicated at the time of order.
7. Refund Policy
- Because our Services involve real work performed with third-party publishers (research, outreach, negotiation, and/or content creation), refunds are generally not available once a placement has been successfully secured and delivered.
- If a specific placement cannot be secured at all despite our outreach efforts, the Client may choose between: (a) a replacement placement of equivalent value on an alternative relevant site, or (b) a refund for that specific unfulfilled placement.
- Any refund requests should be sent to Business@backlinksforge.com and will be reviewed and processed individually.
8. Confidentiality
We treat client information, including website details, business information, and campaign strategy, as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the Services (e.g., sharing content with a publisher for placement) or as required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
- Content created by us for guest post placements becomes the property of the publishing website once published, as is standard practice in guest posting.
- Any reports, templates, or materials we provide to agencies for white-label use may be rebranded by the agency for presentation to their own clients, but may not be resold or redistributed as a standalone product.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Backlinksforge shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services
- Search engine ranking changes, traffic fluctuations, or algorithm updates affecting client websites
- Actions taken by third-party publisher websites, including removal of published content, changes in site ownership, or site downtime
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific order in question.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or terminate an ongoing engagement if:
- A client requests services for websites involved in illegal, adult, gambling (where prohibited), or otherwise prohibited content, without prior disclosure and agreement
- Payment is not received as agreed
- A client engages in abusive or fraudulent conduct toward our team
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services will first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties.
